Creating with my hands has always been something I’ve loved. Back in the spring of 2016, I had the incredible opportunity to learn the art of pottery from my Aunt Shelley, a masterful potter, in her San Francisco studio. After her passing in 2023, I felt inspired to honor her legacy by returning to clay, rekindling my love for ceramics through local classes.
My work draws inspiration from the serene beauty and vibrant life of the Salish Sea and the animals that call it home. During the week, I help people recover from injuries as a physical therapist. On weekends, I volunteer at a wildlife hospital, assisting in the rehabilitation of marine mammals.
Each piece I create carries a bit of this connection to nature, healing, and creativity. I hope my pottery brings a little joy into your world— Thanks for stopping by!
