Yes! Every piece is handcrafted with care, making each item unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or size add to the charm of our one-of-a-kind ceramics.
2. What materials do you use?
I use high-quality stoneware and mid-fire glazes that are food-safe, non-toxic, and durable. Specific details about each piece will be noted in its product description.
3. Are your pieces dishwasher or microwave safe?
Most functional pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated otherwise in the description. Hand washing is recommended for longevity.
4. How do you package your ceramics for shipping?
Each piece is carefully wrapped in eco-friendly or recycled materials to ensure it arrives safely. I take pride in minimizing waste while protecting your order.
5. What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of my items, all sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can resolve the issue.
